If downtown Atlanta didn’t have enough bling before, it does now with a 20 story 360 degree color-changing wheel! Across from Centennial Park and caddy corner to the CNN center, Skyview offers a guided tour of downtown from a plush gondola. Each gondola has climate control and a pre-recorded tour, with volume control, that points out various places around the vicinity, even Ted Turner’s home! Riding Skyview at night will be even more exciting because the wheel is illuminated as well as the Centennial Park. And get this……Skyview sells light refreshments and alcoholic beverages, but please don’t get belligerent because for your safety and the others, you won’t be permitted to ride!
Skyview has a VIP gondola, which of course cost extra, but has glass floor and leather seats. Be sure to call ahead and reserve.
Whether you are a visitor or native Atl-lien, a ride on Skyview will surely take your breath away
